The partners have a law degree with a specialization in civil law and a Master’s degree in business law. Together, they have more 15 years of experience in corporate and notarial law, providing quality services and always guaranteeing the legal security of their clients.

They have participated in the creation, modification, and merge of diverse national and international companies, as well as the incorporation of these companies in the state of Yucatan.

They have been part of the creation of different real estate developments contributing to the legal implementation, elaborating the trust projects, managing the different permits before diverse authorities and making the models of contracts to celebrate with the final clients.

They are advisors of many business groups in real estate, corporate matters, corporate and anti-money laundering matters.

The team is made up of several lawyers with theoretical and practical training in Mexico City and the state of Yucatan, respectively, all of them fluent in two to three languages and with extensive experience in corporate and real estate transactions in the central and southeastern part of the country.
